Website Privacy Policy

What would a lawyer’s website be without a Privacy Policy?! I’m really sorry for the dry and boring language that follows, but PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT, and I am committed to respecting the privacy rights of my clients, visitors and other users of this website (the “Site”). And now just to sound more official, I’ll use “we” (and “us” and “our”) to refer to myself, Debra Garcia; my office, the Law Office of Debra Garcia; and my websites,,, and (all of which are the same “Site”).

We created this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) so you can learn what kind of information we collect through the Site, when and how we might use that information, how we protect the information, and the choices you have with respect to your personal information. This Policy applies only to the Site and not to information collected by any other means. We hope this will help you make an informed decision about sharing personal information with us on the Site.
